My background is in accounts payable and office management. I've handled AP for Swire Coca-Cola and for small construction companies along Colorado's Front Range. Today I keep the books for a large Colorado nonprofit, where I manage accounts payable, reconciliations, and the hundred small details that keep a busy organization running.
I started Well Counted to give small businesses and nonprofits that same level of care, without the cost of a full-time hire.
When I'm not reconciling accounts, you'll find me exploring different restaurants across Colorado with my foodie husband, attending my son's cross country meets or on the trail with my husband riding our e-bikes.
Do we need to be local?
No. Everything is done remotely and securely. I'm based in Colorado and happy to meet in person along the Front Range.
What software do you use?
Quickbooks and Aplos. If you're using something else, let's talk – the fundamentals are the same.
Do you do taxes or payroll?
I don't prepare or file tax returns, but I handle everything leading up to them: year-end close, 1099s, and a tax-ready package your CPA can work from. For payroll, I coordinate with your provider and record everything correctly.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day. We'll set up a call, zoom, chat in person if you are on the Front Range to determine fit.

Faithful, careful bookkeeping for churches, nonprofits, and small businesses, so you can focus on your mission.
